    Gavin Armstrong, 8, asks Todd Kesl if he can plant in the area of the flowerbeds as volunteers plant flowers along Mukilteo Boulevard on Saturday. Volunteers filled 15,000 square feet of flowerbeds with 40,000 flowers during the day.
