    Convicted sex offender Samuel E. Ezell, 54, will be living in the 18700 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.

ARLINGTON -- Police are warning neighbors about a convicted sex offender who is moving to Arlington.
Samuel E. Ezell, 54, will be living in the 18700 block of Smokey Point Boulevard. Ezell is a Level 3 offender, the level deemed most likely to re-offend.
He was convicted of first-degree rape in Snohomish County in 1995.
He is described as black, with black hair and brown eyes. He is about 5-foot-9 and 164 pounds.
