The Snohomish Rotary is holding its annual benefit sale of pre-ordered and prepaid berries from Mike and Jean's Berry Farm in Mount Vernon. Funds support community and international service projects, including scholarships and other youth activities.
Strawberries are available in a 15-pound bucket for $38 (sliced and no sugar added). Raspberries are available in a 14-pound bucket for $40. Blueberries are available in a 10-pound box. Half- and full-size flats of strawberries and raspberries are also available.
The pick-up date is June 27 for strawberries, July 18 for raspberries and July 25 for blueberries.

Snohomish planner needed
Applicants are being sought to fill a vacancy on the Snohomish Planning Commission.
Applications are due to the city clerk by 4 p.m. June 27 at City Hall, 116 Union Ave. in Snohomish. Applications are available at City Hall and may also be downloaded at www.ci.snohomish.wa.us.
The vacancy is created by Planning Commissioner Jane Thorndike's decision not to seek reappointment.
Snohomish County: Camp Fire introduction
Learn more about Camp Fire with free club events for children in kindergarten to third grade, to be held Tuesdays, July 9 to Aug. 13.
There are two locations and times: 1-2:30 p.m. at Silver Lake Elementary School, 12815 Bothell-Everett Highway in Everett, and 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Northlake Christian Church, 19029 North Road in Bothell.
