SPOKANE — Two people have been arrested in the death of a man whose body was found Thursday in the Spokane River.
KHQ-TV reported the body was gagged and bound.
Spokane police have arrested 24-year-old Dakota Moss and 20-year-old Vincent Merrill in connection with the case.
The victim’s identity has not been released.
Fisherman found the body in the water under the Spokane Falls Boulevard bridge. An autopsy is scheduled Friday.
