SNOQUALMIE PASS -- King County sheriff's deputies are searching for two hikers missing in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness near Snoqualmie Pass.
The sheriff's office says 18-year-old Ricardo Perez of Edmonds and 19-year-old Brian Chim of Mukilteo failed to return Sunday from a day hike in the Mason Lake area and were reported missing by their parents.
Det. Jason Stanley says conditions overnight were warm and survivable. The sheriff's office would like to hear from other hikers who saw the two Sunday in the area.
