Cool egg creations on exhibit in Everett

Egg-stravagant is one way to describe the artwork you will see at the Washington State Egg Artists Guild annual Show.
Guests and artists from all over the world will attend this event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Everett Holiday Inn, 3105 Pine St., as Washington state hosts the International Egg Artists Installation of Officers.
Admission is $6 at the door.
This year's theme is "Winter Wonderland" and more than 50 exhibitors and suppliers will showcase hundreds of different decorated eggs varying from duck and goose egg ornaments to ostrich and emu beaded dioramas.
Artists will be from Japan, Spain, England and Hungary.
Highlights of the show include door prizes with drawings hourly, and charity drawings and charity silent auctions.
