Looking for a summer basketball camp? You can take your kids to learn skills from Harlem Globetrotters players right here in Everett.
The famed Globetrotters will be teaching two-hour skills clinics from July 25 to 28 at 24 Hour Fitness, 11014 19th Ave. SE, Everett.
Players will coach kids ages 6 to 12 on basketball fundamentals, such as shooting, dribbling and passing. The players will lead scrimmages and games, and demonstrate ball tricks.
Each boy or girl will be given a Harlem Globetrotters nickname. Can you say Meadowlark Lemon?
No experience is necessary.
Each two-hour session costs $59 and includes a ticket voucher to see the Globetrotters live when they tour here in 2014.
Sessions go from 9 to 11 a.m., 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. or 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. on all three days.
