Published:
SEATTLE -- Some business owners in Seattle's Pioneer Square area who have complained of homeless people leaving human waste in alleys say a police officer also appears to be a violator.
KOMO-TV reported that video posted on YouTube appears to show a police car stopping at night in an alley. The officer gets out and starts urinating on a wall until he notices the surveillance camera.
Police said they learned about the video Wednesday and referred the incident to the Office of Professional Accountability.
