BELLINGHAM — Four Bellingham pitchers combined to allow just three Everett hits and one unearned run, as the Bells beat the Merchants 3-1 in a Pacific International League game on Saturday night.
Everett starter JoJo Howie pitched into the sixth inning, striking out six and allowing five hits in the loss.
The Merchants (4-4) play a doubleheader today at En Fuego with first pitch scheduled at 2:05 p.m.
