Associated Press
PASCO -- A Franklin County jail officer has two broken ribs after he says an inmate attacked him with a four-inch key.
The Tri-City Herald reported that the officer, Justin Huson, was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Capt. Rick Long said 24-year-old Antonio Davis-Ramos escaped from his holding cell at the Franklin County jail in Pasco where he had been on a suicide watch since July 4, when he was arrested for vehicle theft.
Long said it's unclear where Ramos got the key.
