Where were you born? How long have you lived in the Snohomish County area and what do you like most about it? I was born in Kirkland, raised in Bothell, and attended Woodinville High School. I have been a resident of Snohomish and Snohomish County for the past 14 years, where my wife Lisa and I currently raise our three children.
How long have you worked in Real Estate? I have been working in real estate the past 13 years in Snohomish County
What did you do before that? After graduating from Eastern Oregon University, I was introduced to the mortgage industry working as a mortgage consultant. I always felt my real passion was selling real estate, so I became a licensed agent a year later and haven't looked back since.
What is your specialty and what does that mean for the people you work with? I specialize in the marketing and listing of residential property. Our home sellers and investors work with us because of our attention to market detail and the passion we bring to listing and marketing our homes. We secure properties for flipping and rental purposes for our investors and welcome any person who wants to invest in real estate to contact us
What is the most challenging aspect of what you do? I'm always thinking of the next great idea to get your listing sold. I seek out the best ways to get our sellers' properties in front of more and more buyers in our market. Virtual tours, marketing syndication, premier home ads, and open houses are just a few of the tools my sellers can utilize when I list their home for sale.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy a home? Be ready to get involved, make yourself available for your agent to show you homes, and be ready to make an offer once you are pre-approved. Remember to always get pre-approved before rushing in to any real estate offer.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to sell a home? You need to realize you are selling your home in a different market than you have been used to in the past. Use an agent who has the experience to help you accomplish your goals. Find someone who can advise you on all aspects of getting your home ready to sell. The presentation of your home to future buyers is critical.
Why should someone choose you as their real estate agent? I am in the business of delivering results to my clients. I view the sales transaction as a partnership with my clients. I will always give my educated, honest advice and opinions to my clients and explain all options regarding the transaction, so they are completely informed on all levels.

What do you most enjoy doing when you're not working? I love spending time with my family and making great memories with my wife and children. Between soccer, volleyball, skiing/snow boarding and baseball, we stay busy all year and stay active in our local community. We enjoy traveling as a family and are always looking for our next adventure.
