An indecent exposure case in Monroe on Tuesday afternoon started at a bikini barista stand.
A barista working at the stand along Butler Avenue reportedly was letting her dog run loose around the parking lot, Monroe police spokeswoman Debbie Willis said.
Just before 4 p.m., a woman found the dog and scolded the barista, “who retaliated by exposing her breast,” Willis said.
“Somewhere along the line, because she’s only dressed in a bikini, she exposes herself to the woman,” Willis said. “She doesn’t know if she had a pasty on or not because it was too far away.”
In Everett, people usually have to pay for that sort of thing. The Monroe case remains under investigation.
