Where were you born? How long have you lived in the Snohomish County area and what do you like most about it? Everett is my hometown. I was the fourth child of seven by Danish/Norwegian immigrant parents. I love the proximity of the Sound, Islands, mountains, rivers, camping and hiking.
How long have you worked in Real Estate? Since 2003 and I have been very happy at Windermere Real Estate since 2005.

What is the most challenging aspect of what you do? Researching specific market trends, value forecasts, and neighborhood analysis is critical to assigning the highest price possible for sellers and also to insure the best price for buyer clients.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy a home? Choose a Broker with experience and knowledge of the areas you are most interested in. Also, the referral network I maintain for Title, Escrow, Home Inspectors, Lenders and contractors has proved to be invaluable to my clients.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to sell a home? Street appeal, de-cluttering, repairing defects are all as important as pricing the home with current and future trend research. I also remind sellers that in most instances, an appraisal for value will be ordered
by the buyer's lender.
