Moffitt traded to Broncos after Cleveland deal falls through

Well here's one you don't see every day.

A day after being traded to the Cleveland Brows, guard John Moffitt is now a Denver Bronco. The Seahawks sent the former third-round pick to Cleveland Monday for defensive lineman Brian Sanford, but the Browns voided that deal because of concerns about the health of Moffitt's knee. Making this whole thing even more odd, Moffitt had already suited up for his first practice with the Browns before being pulled off the field.

The Browns will keep the rights to Sanford, but Moffitt won't be returning to Seattle, because he was quickly traded to the Denver Broncos for defensive tackle Sealver Siliga (apparently the Broncos have less picky doctors than the Browns).

Sililga, who is listed at 6-2, 325, came into the league as an undrafted rookie out of Utah in 2011. He originally signed with San Francisco, then was signed to Denver's practice squad after the 49ers cut him prior to the start of last season. Siliga was on Denver's 53-man roster last season, though he appeared in just one game.
