Keeping our water clean is not just the task of Soundkeepers and Beachwatchers. The water, and what’s in it, around your home and your septic system eventually finds its way into the streams, rivers and seas.
The Camano Wildlife Habitat Project is holding a public education seminar on what everyone can do to keep our waters clean. It’s at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Camano Multipurpose Center, 141 East Camano Drive, Camano Island.
Speakers from Futurewise and Washington State University will present information at the seminar, which is part of the Island County Watershed Project.
