In the years since Pete Carroll has taken over the Seahawks, we've often heard him talk about how the team takes a holistic approach when it comes to the players' health. It's not just about treating injuries, but also proper diet, yoga, getting enough sleep, etc. Well along those lines, this ESPN story takes a very good look at that topic.
One piece of injury news, Pete Carroll noted Tuesday that rookie Jordan Hill injured his arm in practice, and while he wasn't scheduled to talk Wednesday, and therefore no update, a TV station in Harrisburg, Penn. is reporting that Hill has a partially torn biceps that will keep him out 3-6 weeks. We should know more after talking to Carroll today.
