EVERETT -- The third inning was all the AquaSox needed on Thursday.
Everett sent 10 men to the plate and scored six runs in the bottom half of the inning, part of the Frogs' 8-4 win over the Vancouver Canadians at Everett Memorial Stadium.
The game began with Canadians first baseman L.B. Dantzler hitting his ninth home run of the year over the center field wall for the early 1-0 lead in the top of the first inning.
The lead didn't last long.
Everett second baseman Phillips Castillo led off the bottom of the third with a double, advancing to third base on an Ian Parmley throwing error. The Frogs had three more batters reach before the first out was recorded.
Castillo scored on a Lonnie Kauppila single and five more runs crossed the plate on a combination of throwing errors by Canadians' pitcher Jeremy Gabryszwski and third baseman Andy Fermin, and a double by Everett catcher Christian Carmichael.
The AquaSox added two insurance runs in the eighth to secure the victory.
The win was the third straight for Everett and the third consecutive game in which the offense provided more than 10 hits.
