Author to read from final book in triology

Master storyteller Ivan Doig will be signing his recently released novel, "Sweet Thunder," at noon today at the Edmonds Bookshop.
"Sweet Thunder" is the final story in Doig's trilogy on the rough and tumble life of the miners in Butte, Mont., in the early part of the 20th century battling with evil copper mine owners.
The first two books in the trilogy are "The Whistling Season" and "Work Song."
"Sweet Thunder" lists at $27.95.
