Health forum will discuss how to cope with menopause

Citrine Health's Hope Heart Institute is presenting a women's health forum, "Thriving through Menopause," from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 11 at the Women's Wellness Center.
Everett Community College nurse instructor Susan Wilson's talk includes what to look for, managing symptoms, coping with emotions and recommended screenings.
Dinner begins at 5 p.m. followed by the presentation, discussion and a question and answer session.
The registration fee is $10. A portion of the proceeds benefits health and wellness services in the Everett area.
The Women's Wellness Center is at 2817 Rockefeller Ave,, Everett.
