Sugar rush

Sweet tooth: Google has struck a deal with Hershey Co. to name the next version of its Android operating system Kit Kat, after the candy bar that's said to be a favorite among members of the Android development team.

Perhaps the Google folks should name a future Android release "Colgate," since they're going to need a lot of toothpaste.

Heroic Revolutionary Bromance: Retired basketball star Dennis Rodman returned to North Korea on Tuesday, saying he hopes to hang out with his good buddy, chubby-cheeked dictator Kim Jong Un.

Alas, North Korea officials said the young leader was very busy supervising the execution of several of his ex-girlfriends.

Beware the blob: The glare off the front of a London skyscraper is reportedly so intense that it melted part of a car and burned a hole in the welcome mat of a barber shop across the street.

Unless measures are taken, all buildings in the vicinity will soon look like the Experience Music Project in Seattle.
