Prep football: Mount Vernon 21, Stanwood 3

MOUNT VERNON -- Mount Vernon's Tristan Brock had two interceptions and returned one 52 yards for a touchdown to help the Bulldogs beat Stanwood. Brock also hit Melvin Walser on a 9-yard touchdown pass for Mount Vernon's first score. Alex Esary connected on a 20-yard field goal for the Spartans.
