Cedar Grove is not going to endear itself any further with Marysville taxpayers by mounting a claim against the public coffers for its having been slighted a few emails. (Friday article, "Cedar Grove says Marysville manipulated public opinion.") Their attempted mis-direction at finding another source to blame for the odor problem is an insult to our collective intelligence. Sewage smells like, you know what, and decomposing food waste smells like sour garbage. We know the difference, and we can pretty well associate the onset of the sour garbage smell with the arrival of Cedar Grove. There are lots of things that stink in this latest dust up -- figuratively and literally.
