The Darrington volleyball team lost to 1A power Woodland 25-21, 25-19 in the championship match of the B/2B/1A SunDome Volleyball Festival on Friday, but overall it was a wildly successful trip to Yakima for the Loggers. Darrington defeated Moses Lake Christian and Christian Faith both by a score of 2-0 to advance to the championship game of the 32-team tournament for the second year in a row. Amy Miles had 11 kills and Riley Anderson had 22 assists in the final. Darrington went 5-1 in pool play, losing only one set to Granger.
