MARYSVILLE -- Marysville Pilchuck quarterback Jake Luton threw three touchdowns and Chris Jones had an 82-yard punt return for a score as the Tomahawks scored the first 48 points of the game in a win over Shorewood. Andrew Garrison scored on a 23-yard TD run for the Thunderbirds. The Tommies' top two rushers, Austin Joyner (sprained foot) and JJ Valencia (sprained ankle) did not play as a precautionary measure. However, MP head coach Brandon Carson believed both players would be able to practice next week.
