Prep girls soccer: Kamiak 2, Lake Stevens 1 (2OT)

LAKE STEVENS -- Christine Heisen had two goals -- the second of which came with two minutes left in the game's second overtime period -- to lift Kamiak to a 2-1 Wesco 4A win over Lake Stevens. The game needed the overtime periods after Lake Stevens' Makenna Berg scored the tying goal in two minutes of added time at the end of the game. Shannon Peth blocked everything else in goal for Kamiak, including a penalty kick by the Vikings.

Goals--Christine Heisen (K) 2, Makenna Berg (LS). Assists--none. Goalkeepers--Kamiak: Shannon Peth. Lake Stevens: Madison McDonald, Paityn Kaiser. Records--Kamiak 6-1-0 league, 6-1-1 overall. Lake Stevens 1-5-0, 1-5-1.
