Associated Press
KENT -- The King County sheriff's office says the owner of a produce farm near Kent has shot and killed one of two intruders he found early Wednesday in the office.
KIRO reports the owner of Frager Farms lives on the property and took a shotgun when he discovered the break-in that appeared to be a burglary.
One intruder was killed in the office. The other was arrested when deputies arrived.
Sgt. Cindi West says detectives will investigate the circumstances of the shooting and prosecutors will decide whether it was justified.
