BUTTE, Mont. — The Montana Highway Patrol says two Washington state residents were killed and another was injured in a single-vehicle rollover on I-90 west of Butte.
The patrol says the driver of an eastbound sport utility vehicle lost control when the vehicle crossed an icy bridge deck near Ramsay at about 6:45 a.m. Friday. The vehicle went into the median and rolled 1.5 times.
The Montana Standard reported that a 60-year-old woman from Goldendale was thrown from the vehicle and killed. Her 38-year-old son, who was driving, also died. The driver’s 20-year-old daughter suffered minor injuries.
Their names have not been released.
