Associated Press
BELLINGHAM -- Police say a man found dead in a Bellingham park has been identified as a 19-year-old college student from Chelan.
Lt. Rick Sucee said the young man was William Viktor Litvin, who had been staying in Bellingham to attend Western Washington University.
Sucee said in a statement that an autopsy done Monday did not determine the cause of death but did indicate the presence of illegal drugs. A complete toxicology report is pending.
A neighbor found the body Saturday in Franklin Park.
