Seattle band releases early album stream

Seattle's The Head and The Heart will release their new album "Let's Be Still" on Oct. 15. While their self-titled and self-released 2009 debut was a success that got the band signed to SubPop records and broke them onto the national scene, I have a feeling that this album is going to launch the band to even greater heights. Since devouring their first album, I have been beyond excited at the thought of getting my hands on new material from the band.

Well even though the album isn't officially out until next week, the band just released an early stream. Listen to the album.

When they released the first single "Shake," I wasn't sure what to expect from the album because the song is a little more ambitious in the guitar department -- in a very good way. After listening to the whole album from start to finish three times just this morning, I couldn't be happier with the sophomore release from one of my favorite bands.

When you hear the title track "Let's Be Still" you are going to fall in love and when you hear Charity's voice come in on the second verse, your heart will flat out melt. This whole album is completely gorgeous.
