Man killed by Amtrak train in Seattle

SEATTLE -- Seattle police say a man was hit and killed by an Amtrak train Thursday evening.
Police say the train had come from Portland and was headed to Canada. The man was struck near the King Street rail station in south Seattle.
Amtrak officials, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway officials and police were investigating.
