EDMONDS — Junior Opoku-Mensah had 24 carries for 146 yards and three touchdowns to lead Edmonds-Woodway to a Wesco 4A South win. Opoku-Mensah’s three TDs all came in the first half to put the Warriors up 21-0 at halftime.
Edmonds-Woodway quarterback Davis Giles did his share of damage in the second half with two passing TDs and he finished 6-of-11 for 124 yards in the air. The Warriors’ defense held Lynnwood to 153 total yards. Hunter Lord scored the Royals one TD in the fourth quarter on a 2 yard run.
