Seahawks bring back Michael Robinson
The team said over the weekend that Robinson was coming in Monday for a physical, a sign there was a good chance of him signing, then on Monday night defensive end Chris Clemons welcomed his former teammate back on Twitter.
I'd like to welcome our captain Mike Rob back! This morning, Robinson himself confirmed the news.

Sign, sealed and delivered! Finally back at work! Thanks 12th Man for all your support.Robinson, who was Seattle's fullback and a special-teams standout from 2010 to 2012, was released prior to the start of this season, primarily for salary-cap reasons -- he was due to make $2.5 million -- and also because of an illness that caused him to miss nearly two weeks of practice and lose a significant amount of weight. Robinson told Sports Radio KJR that the illness was a bad reaction to prescription medicine.

Both Seahawks coach Pete Carroll and Robinson kept the door open to a possible reunion, and with starting fullback Derrick Coleman suffering a hamstring injury Thursday, the Seahawks found themselves without a healthy fullback on the roster.
