Investigators served a search warrant about 11 a.m. at the Hillbilly Hotties stand at Hoyt Avenue and 41st Street after a number of complaints about illegal activity there, Everett police spokesman Aaron Snell said.
One woman, 33, of Lynnwood, is accused of lewd conduct. A 20-year-old Lynnwood woman and a 21-year-old Shoreline woman are accused of violating the city's adult entertainment laws.
The offenses are misdemeanors.
Everett police on Wednesday declined to answer additional questions about the case. In recent similar investigations, bikini baristas have landed in legal trouble after allegedly giving sexy shows to customers in exchange for tips.
At least one other police sting targeting bikini baristas in Everett this year included accusations of prostitution. In that case, a Snohomish County sheriff's sergeant allegedly was tipping off the owner in exchange for sexual favors. Darrell O'Neill was arrested and resigned from the force.
That case still is working its way through the courts.
The Hillbilly Hotties coffee hut made headlines in September after workers there allegedly were robbed by a 12-year-old boy. Everett's bikini-barista investigations tend to attract national attention due to the racy subject matter.
