Prep volleyball: Snohomish 3, Mount Vernon 0

SNOHOMISH -- Snohomish celebrated senior night with a straight-sets win over Mount Vernon that helped clinch a portion of the 4A North title. Lanesha Reagan led the Panthers with 13 kills, 9 aces and 15 digs. Snohomish enters the upcoming 4A District 1 tournament as the No. 3 seed due to a draw before the season.

Highlights--Mount Vernon: Marriella Vandekooy 5 kills; Lindsey Wegner 12 assists. Snohomish: Lanesha Reagan 13 kills, 9 aces, 15 digs; Sarah Yelle 6 kills, 3 blocks; Emma McNeil 17 assists, 2 aces; Kendle Valade-Nunez 14 assists, 5 aces. Records--Mount Vernon 6-4 league, 9-5 overall. Snohomish 9-1, 12-2.
