Prep girls soccer: Meadowdale 2, Shorewood 0

SHORELINE -- Carolyn Crosby and Hannah Taylor each scored a goal as Meadowdale defeated Shorewood in a 3A District 1 Tournament semifinal match. With the victory the Mavericks advance to play Shorecrest in the 3A District championship game on Saturday at 7 p.m. at Shoreline Stadium.
At Shoreline Stadium
Goals--Carolyn Crosby (M), Hannah Taylor (M). Assists--none. Goalkeepers--Shorewood: Ariel Garay. Meadowdale: Ashley Routh. Records--Shorewood 10-5-2 overall. Meadowdale 12-2-3.
