Prep girls soccer: Archbishop Murphy 2, Cedarcrest 0

SULTAN -- The Archbishop Murphy girls soccer team earned a 2A state tournament berth after beating Cedarcrest in a consolation semifinal at the district tournament. Kristi Bartz and Cali Crisler each had a goal and an assist for the Wildcats. Murphy will play Bellingham on Saturday at Sultan H.S. in the third-fourth place match.
At Sultan H.S.
Goals--Kristi Bartz (AM), Cali Crisler (AM). Assists--Crisler, Bartz. Goalkeepers--Cedarcrest: Bailey Parish. Archbishop Murphy: Natalie Robinson. Records--Cedarcrest 10-9-0 overall. Archbishop Murphy 18-1-0.
