"Crisis Hotline: Veterans Press 1" is a sobering documentary that introduces viewers to trained responders who take calls from military vets struggling with PTSD, depression, addiction and suicidal thoughts. 9 p.m., HBO.

On "Modern Family," Phil and Claire (Ty Burrell, Julie Bowen) are planning surprises for each other for their 20th anniversary. Yes, their hearts are in the right place, but you just know they'll screw it up. 9 p.m., ABC.
The new sitcom, "Ground Floor," follows what happens when a hotshot banker (Skylar Astin), who thought he was having just a one-night stand with a partygoer (Briga Heelan), discovers that she works in the bank's maintenance department. Oops. 10 p.m., TBS.
It's "Miley's Sexy Night Out" on "Styled to Rock" as the designers are challenged to create a sultry club look for headline-grabbing singer Miley Cyrus. Let's hope no giant foam fingers are involved. 8 p.m., Bravo.
Jeffrey Tambor ("Arrested Development") drops in on the zany Season 4 premiere of "Raising Hope." He plays a mysterious figure who, for some reason, keeps popping up in the Chance family's lives. 9 p.m., Fox.
Mike Tyson and Spike Lee bring their one-man stage show to TV with "Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth." It's a raw and powerful production that has the former heavyweight champ opening up about his troubled youth, extraordinary career, prison time, controversies, family life and new beginnings. 8 p.m., HBO.
