Destroyer USS Shoup returning to Everett on Monday

EVERETT -- The guided-missile destroyer USS Shoup with its crew of nearly 300 sailors is scheduled to return Monday to Everett.
It's been deployed since January and has been operating with the aircraft carrier Nimitz in the Persian Gulf region.
The Nimitz is expected back at its home port in Everett by Christmas.
