Here are the nominees:
Emmy Allen, Jackson, outside hitter
Emmy was a leader on one of the best team’s in the state. The outside hitter led the Timberwolves to a fourth-place finish at the state tournament. She was a first-team All-Wesco selection.
Bryce Larson, Kamiak, outside hitter
Bryce, who will attend Western Washington next season, led the Knights to a second-place finish in the Wesco South and a berth in the state tournament. She was a first-team All-Wesco selection.
Joclyn Kirton, King’s, outside hitter
Joclyn was the MVP of the Cascade Conference and she led King’s to a third-place finish at the state tournament.
Lanesha Reagan, Snohomish, outside hitter
Lanesha Reagan helped the Panthers finish second in the Wesco North and was a first-team All-Wesco selection.
Lindsey Milner, Meadowdale, outside hitter
Lindsey, a first-team All-Wesco selection, led the Mavericks to a third-place finish, the highest in the program’s history, at the state tournament.
Hannah Linsenmayer, Archbishop Murphy, libero
Hannah averaged more than 30 digs per match in leading the Wildcats to a second-place finish in the Cascade Conference and a spot in the 2A state tournament.
