County Public Health Officer Dr. Alan Melnick told The Columbian that the disease was discovered in the autopsy on the man in his 50s.
Melnick says health workers are contacting anyone exposed to the man, but there is no risk to the general public.
There were seven cases of TB in Clark County last year and 185 cases statewide.
