Weekend fun: Disney on Ice, music, gifts, more
Disney on Ice: "Rockin' Ever After" brings the stars of "Brave," "Tangled," "Beauty and the Beast" and "The Little Mermaid" to Everett along with Mickey, Minnie and other favorite Disney characters at Comcast Arena. There are shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Get more info here.

More music: An electric violinist and drummer plug in at 7:30 Saturday night at Tim Noah Thumbnail Theater in Snohomish. Tickets are $20, but anyone under 18 who brings a violin, viola or cello will pay half-price. Get more info here.

Garden gifts: The Arlington Garden Club is holding its Holiday Garden Arts and Crafts sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Gleneagle Country Club, 7619 E. Country Club Drive, Arlington. Yule like it: Seattle's Nordic Heritage Museum Yulefest, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, features gifts, treats, Scandinavian fiddlers, singers and dancers, and Santa visits. Admission is $1 to $3. Learn more here.
Ribbon-cutting: The public is invited to a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Miner's Corner County Park at 10 a.m. Saturday. The park is at 228th Street SE and 45th Avenue SE, Bothell.
