ARLINGTON — No one was hurt in a house fire Wednesday afternoon along 234th Street NE, north of Arlington.
The fire apparently started in a chimney and spread to the siding of the house, said Greg Osborne, a battalion chief with the North County Regional Fire Authority.
The fire was reported at 1:35 p.m. No one was home at the time.
The house sustained moderate damage, Osborne said. The cause of the fire remained under investigation Wednesday by the county fire marshal’s office.
