Smaller schools deserve coverage

After reading the "prep boys' basketball preview" that came out on Thanksgiving and the girls preview that came out next, I can't help but see how biased it was. Why is it that the 4A and 3A schools get all the attention and the Cascade Conference gets thrown off to the side of the page? Yes, I understand space is limited in a paper but us 1A and 2A schools in the Cascade Conference don't deserve to be tossed aside. This isn't a one-time thing either. Last season the 3A and 4A schools got all the attention post game day and post state. It would be nice to see it balanced out more, considering we have some really talented teams in our conference.
