LANGLEY -- Island County Sheriff's deputies are asking for the public's help to identify a man who robbed a gas station Wednesday night.
A masked man armed with a pump-action shotgun held up the Valero gas station on Highway 525. The incident happened about 8:40 p.m. No one was injured.
The suspect is believed to be white, around 6 feet tall and thin. He was outfitted in camouflage and wore a black ski mask.
He fled in a white vehicle, possibly a Mitsubishi.
The robber made off with about $500.
The suspect should be considered armed and dangerous, sheriff's detective Ed Wallace said.
