Two family-friendly holiday plays take place Sunday. Not the green Christmas bad guy that kids know so well, but a Grinch of old: Ebenezer Scrooge.
The Reunion Theatre Group presents "A Christmas Carol," adapted by local actress Vicki Lynn Maxey, at 2 and 4 p.m. Sunday at the Snohomish Music Project's Music Hall.
The play is free, but the theater group appreciates donations to support their efforts.
Find the Music Hall at Everett Mall near Macy's.
For a comic take on the Charles Dickens' classic tale check out "A Kaddywompas Christmas Carol" at 2 and 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Tim Noah's Thumbnail Theater.
Tickets are $15 each or four for $45. and available at or at the door. Call 360-568-9412 to check availability
The Thumbnail Theater is at 1211 Fourth St., Snohomish.
