    Penguin Toilets have openings under the rim of the bowl leading to a separate drain line that bypasses the trap. In the event of a clog, the contents can drain out instead of spilling onto the bathroom floor.

Sinks and tubs have overflow holes. Why not toilets?
The makers of Penguin Toilets wondered the same thing, so they added overflow protection to their products.
Penguin Toilets have openings under the rim of the bowl leading to a separate drain line that bypasses the trap. In the event of a clog, the contents can drain out instead of spilling onto the bathroom floor.
The toilets are available in three models. They're sold at Lowe's stores and on Lowes.com for prices ranging from $169 to $304.50, and they're also available through wholesale distributors.
