Seahawks injury update: Harvin and Browner out again
Seeing as the Seahawks have only two regular season games remaining, if Harvin is indeed going to "be a bit" before he's game ready, it seems more likely than ever that he might not play again until the postseason.
Also out this week are cornerback Brandon Browner (groin) and linebacker KJ Wright, who had foot surgery earlier in the week.
"As far as I know it was routine," Carroll said, "It was a routine surgery, so it should be fine. Whatever that means, I don’t know."
TE Zach Miller, who missed the previous two days with a rib injury, practiced fully and is probable, as is everyone else on the long list of players who sat out Wednesday's practice.
Carroll also confirmed that DE Greg Scruggs and CB Tharold Simon went to the PUP/IR list, meaning their seasons are over. Carroll said Simon, who had been out with a foot injury, suffered a toe injury after returning to practice.
Out: CB Brandon Browner (groin), LB KJ Wright (foot), WR Percy Harvin (hip).
Probable: TE Zach Miller (ribs, full participation), C Max Unger (pec, full), RB Marshawn Lynch (shoulder, full), CB Richard Sherman (foot, full), LB Mike Morgan (knee, full), WR Doug Baldwin (neck, full), DE Chris Clemons (not injury related, full), DT Tony McDaniel (illness, did not practice).
Out: DE Jason Pierre-Paul (shoulder), S Cooper Taylor (hamstring), CB Corey Webster (ankle).
Probable: DT Cullen Jenkins (shin/quad, limited), CB Terrell Thomas (knee, limited)
