Prep girls basketball: Arlington 48, Monroe 34

MONROE -- Arlington outscored Monroe 13-2 in the fourth quarter to break open a tight game in the Wesco 4A North opener for both teams. "They out-physicaled us in the fourth quarter," Monroe coach Matt Chalfant said. Lyndsay Leatherman led Arlington with 13 points and Jessica Ludwig added 12. Deidra Miller topped Monroe with eight points.
