ARLINGTON — Lakewood outscored Granite Falls 38-25 in the second half to secure the win in a Cascade Conference game. The Cougars’ Ryan Alford had a game-high 18 points, while Robert Sims added 15 points and 12 rebounds in his first career start. Evan West led the Tigers with 17 points.
