OSO -- Police are warning neighbors about a convicted sex offender who has moved to the Oso area.
James Patrick Buckley, 50, is a Level 3 offender, the level deemed most likely to re-offend. He has sex-crime convictions from 1982 and 2001.* His victims have included boys and girls as young as 8.
Buckley was released from prison on Dec. 10, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office. He is living in the 17400 block of Highway 530.
His aliases have included Travis Barhartt/Barnhartt, James Kelly, and Kevin McCollister/McColletster.
More info: sheriff.snoco.org.
Correction, Dec. 19, 2013: An earlier version of this article misstated conviction dates for Buckley. He was most recently convicted in 2001. Police supplied the wrong dates in their offender database.
